The ESU Decoder is DCC DONE RIGHT. They are one of the finest performing sound and motor control DCC decoders on the market today.
ESU DCC Decoders offer the following features:
Heavy duty design makes this decoder suitable for nearly any installation in O, G and larger scale models (frame modification may be required)
Analog AC or DC, Motorola, Selectrix, or DCC Operation, 2 or 4 Digit Addressing, 14-28-128 Speed Steps, and Consisting
Suitable for use with Marklin Central Station or other system using mfx as well as older systems including the Marklin 6020, 6021 and Delta.
The V4.0 decoder is compatible with the RailCom communication standard
The V4.0 decoder has an additional connection for an external Power Pack
4.0 Amp motor circuit with BEMF
Three-step or Loadable Speed Table and Forward / Reverse Trim Adjustment for Superior Speed Matching
Free Function Allocation (Function Mapping), F0 - F28
Built-in motor circuit over-load protection and function output short circuit protection
